That is just a lame shyt ... because this favors only big clans and people with decent CP ... and many people on this server are random .... if on official u could get fame while dead, and this server screams allover that they have best offi file allover the world, then stick to the official shyt ... i don't think official server denied anyone to get fame (dead or a live) and i guess they had more ppl online at TW time than RPG ... so again ... LAME SHYT form so called "BEST" free server in the world ...
WC 66 (have great wolf) LF CP prime time 21:00 - 1:00 GMT +1 (i can also play some hours in the morning after 13:00) I play L2 for more than 5 years and WC for about 2 years. I can't use mic but on important things i can use Voice program to listen for commands. If any1 is interested pm here on IG same nick.

as far as i know ... 1st siege sunday 16:00 and 2nd siege 20:00 sunday ... after the 2nd siege (so around 22:00 or a bit later) will start TW cause all castle will be taken (at least that should happend ) ... LF confirm!
maybe if they stop working and preparing the x7 H5 server and concentrate on fixing first x3 things will be better ... and maybe a little announcement from time to time will be nice

- if i reg lvl 61 on tw and during tw delevels to 60, is he able to continue fight for his territory? - if i reg a clanmate to one territory and rest of the clan to another, is he able to receive ress from bish?
1.yes 2. all clan ppl are regged to TW that clan is regged. U must be clan less to reg other TW.
Not true, if clan leader doesn't clan reg to no territory, every clan member can reg whereever he wants to.
yes, ofc we won't have castle and won't reg the whole clan to one territory, so the question remains. is it possible to ress someone from clan with bish, if he fights for another territory?
