I have mailed some rur, and now i can't open mail. Can someone pretty please log and check what is going on?

All in-game related bugs and issues should be forwarded towards support.

And instead of just telling this you could try help solve it not just giving instructions...

I would love nothing but to help you. Unfortunately, I do not have any ingame jurisdiction. Also, please keep in mind that this is not a paid support and it takes some time to respond.
