Hi. New guy here. Everything works great except that when I go to set an IP filter on my website account and in-game account, it keeps giving me the message "Incorrect code from picture." I know I'm typing in the correct code at the bottom of the webpage prior to setting the IP filter. I've done this numerous times and I get the same message (really, I know I'm typing the picture code correctly). I am putting the IP addresses in according to how I am told to. I've searched the FAQ's on this subject but to no avail.
Has anybody encountered this issue before (I'm sure somebody has) and does anybody know of a resolve? Thank you a bunch!  Cheesy

Try to recover your password and change it. If it doesn't help contact support.

I'm not sure if I see the value in recovering my password when I already know it. Are you recommending I try changing my password?
As far as logging into my website and in-game account are concerned, I have no issues. It's only a matter of setting an IP filter that I'm running into an error.

Yes, I told you to recover + change password. I am not saying it has something to do with the pass, just what helped previously.

My mistake. I see both of the things you said now.
I went ahead and did the password recovery process and changed my password, but I'm beginning to think something fishy is happening.
It seems like I get a different message and sometimes different screen as I'm going through my account webpages when I switch from Russian to English. When I switch, that's what I get the message that tells me I've entered the incorrect code from the picture.
I tried setting the IP filter and ran into the same issue, but this time I'm going to copy and paste what it says in Russian. Maybe somebody can translate? "Фильтр по IP установлен." When I switch to the English version, it tells me incorrect picture code, but I don't think something's quite adding up....

By the way, thank you for responding to my thread. Smiley

This russian message means that IP filter was installed. You should see your IP in IP filter now .. I don't know why you got code error in EN version, maybe because of changing language after logging in. I just did that, got the same message (so it's installed) and I don't see any problem with that. If you still think IP filter is not installed, post screen because I cannot image the issue right now.

Awesome. Thank you very much  Cheesy.

The IP addresses I put in the given space stays when I refresh the page or leave and return to the page.

I have a feeling I'm in the clear with the IP filter.

I appreciate your help and responses Poissie. ^ ^
