check tickets...

They check within 24 hours and reply with a solution, if they don't have one right away, could take a bit more time.

Hi all , maybe someone can help me.
After i getting summoned or after soe or normal tp there is big change that i will get error "l2.exe not respinding". Most of the time it happens in gc territory , sometimes i cant even tp out from gc. I will get that error for 4-5 times.  Can it be becous of resolusion problems? becous running everything on 256*1140 , but when i lower it in game , it still same problem.
Did full check , downloaded new patch , download a new client , updated drivers.

Pc specs :
 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
 Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
 RAM 16 GB
 Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit

Delete these files 26_18.unr 26_19.unr from "maps" folder and don't re-update, just run from L2.exe

i reinstall windows and still have same problem...

FINALLY I SOLVED THE PROBLEM!

Its only 1 way to fix it (in my opinion... i work with this problem 2 weeks)
RESET BIOS OPTIONS

Hello,
everytime I try to buy anything from shop npc, or to throw any item on the ground or to accept incoming trade from other player, the game crashes. Here is the error i get.

Assertion failed: Succeeded hr file:.\xml\xmldocument.cpp line 155
and many other stuff

Please help me, as i am not able to play because i can't buy any shots to be able to play.

im sorry for posting here but i seem to be unable to find a way to start a new thread in the support section  Huh

I am having an issue,that when i get to the create new character screen of the HF client(downloaded it from the site) i start loading the create character screen,i hear the narator saing - first you have to create your character (only the first sentence) and than the game (l2.exe) stops working before i have even gotten to the screen where the human is shown

i am using windows 10 (dx12) and i've downloaded dx9c,installed it and selecter use legacy something in the control panel - still no effect

please help,or help me out to start new topic tnx very much

Have you tried doing a full client update? If so, and nothing worked, please post a ticket to support. They should be able to help you.

Hi,

client error, lineage2 top 100, lineage server top

Some options are blocked in my L2 client. Additionally I noticed the blockade at 60 fps.
Is this a problem for me or should it be like this?

Guys, could you pleas help me out with this ?
This morning I was kicked out from the server while playing, since then I can't even run my rpg updater. It shows me these messages. I also struggle browsing web pages.

I checked forum and installed .net framework 2 for windows 7 sp1, it did not help.

Thanks for any advices. I want to go farm asap Cheesy

DNS server problem
or internet disabled by firewall for rpgupdater.



Fix DNS:
Change DNS server to googleDNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
in network settings.
And use command:
ipconfig /flushdns
in cmd console.

If DNS fixed and didn't work. => Any software block internet for rpgupdater
If you can't recounfigure firewall...  Download and unpack patch to game root folder and use by system/l2.exe
