Hello can any one help me pls:
After update client to gracia final and log in to the game my pc works all 100 % and in the game verry verry dark any ideas why?
P.S Already reinstall client from rpg website

Having this crit error,everytime I push log in after typing my ID and psw. Didnt change anything,just tryed to login today,and this happened. after this - tried reinstall l2,reinstall patch,use updater . didnt help does someone have any ideas?

Did you remove the lineage2 client entirely and just use our updater to download the whole client? This error says GameGuardQuery, we don't use game guard on our files.

Also try: 1. Removing system folder and running the updater (with full check on the top left corner - high five client selected), start client with l2.exe not the updater 2. Delete the following files from folder "MAPS" 26_18.unr and 26_19.unr and run L2.exe without them. 3. Submit ticket to support, perhaps the tech has a better solution to your problem

no antivirus or firewall at all. tried to delete system and use updater as well. and for those 2 files,i cant even find them. in maps there's only from 26_11 to 26_16. yes,i filled ticket,but I was hoping that someone would help me here

Hi all , maybe someone can help me. After i getting summoned or after soe or normal tp there is big change that i will get error "l2.exe not respinding". Most of the time it happens in gc territory , sometimes i cant even tp out from gc. I will get that error for 4-5 times. Can it be becous of resolusion problems? becous running everything on 256*1140 , but when i lower it in game , it still same problem. Did full check , downloaded new patch , download a new client , updated drivers.
Pc specs : Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti RAM 16 GB Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit

Delete these files 26_18.unr 26_19.unr from "maps" folder and don't re-update, just run from L2.exe

FINALLY I SOLVED THE PROBLEM! Its only 1 way to fix it (in my opinion... i work with this problem 2 weeks) RESET BIOS OPTIONS

Hello, everytime I try to buy anything from shop npc, or to throw any item on the ground or to accept incoming trade from other player, the game crashes. Here is the error i get.
Assertion failed: Succeeded hr file:.\xml\xmldocument.cpp line 155 and many other stuff
Please help me, as i am not able to play because i can't buy any shots to be able to play.

im sorry for posting here but i seem to be unable to find a way to start a new thread in the support section  I am having an issue,that when i get to the create new character screen of the HF client(downloaded it from the site) i start loading the create character screen,i hear the narator saing - first you have to create your character (only the first sentence) and than the game (l2.exe) stops working before i have even gotten to the screen where the human is shown i am using windows 10 (dx12) and i've downloaded dx9c,installed it and selecter use legacy something in the control panel - still no effect please help,or help me out to start new topic tnx very much

Hi,  Some options are blocked in my L2 client. Additionally I noticed the blockade at 60 fps. Is this a problem for me or should it be like this?
