Lineage 2 Stories Part 3 . Meet Sora, The DoomCryer. Siouxsie and Sano continue their journey in search for answers about siouxsie's father which leades them to a place called execution grounds, near a small town called Dion.
After taking a look at the place where soon they would have to go, the execution grounds mines, they decide to spend the night in the town with a warm meal and a cool bed while they would discuss their plans for the next day.
Once in the town, our friends found a nice tavern where they sat for a meal while they would talk about all that happen before and how should they go from now on, what would be the best way to proceed with bigger chances of success in finding information about siouxsie's father and without risking their lifes.
While they were talking about their plan, Sano noticed someone in a table near by who seamed very insterested in their conversation. some one wearing some robes and a small mask over her mouth like someone who is trying to pass unnoticed.
'Tho that person didnt say anything at all, Sano sensed some kind of power, like a force, comming out of that person, so our friends just decided to continue their talk in lower volume.
The day after, Sano and Siouxsie woke up, got armored and ready to go to the mines of execution ground in search for Siouxsie's father.
When they arrive to execution grounds, they felt the evil forces around there were very big and strong, and they started thinking that it would prolly be hard then they thought but still they pressed forward into the execution grounds in search of the mines.
after walking for some time, Sano feels like they are being followed, so quietly he talks to Siouxsie so they could find a way of tricking the person following them and figure out who it was.
Turns out it was the same person from the tavern, hiding on the same robes and the same mask.
Sano asked her why she was following them, and she said that she was tired of listening about people who got lost in the mines and never came back, so she thought she could join them and maybe help them since she once escaped from them herself.
Sano agreed from the beggining, since he knew that would be harder then he thought if he would go in with Siouxsie only, altho he kept checking that person to make sure she was not with any weird second intentions and at same time, he was wondering what else could she help on besides working as a guide.
A bit forward they find some obstacle, the mines were guarded by some monster which they would have to defeat if they would want to go forward.
Without fear, Sano just summons his loyal Dark Panther and rushes into the fray to take down the monster, and in here they found the strength of that shaded person who was following them, as Sano presses forward on the monster, that other person, Sora, started to cast some strange spells, like some chants, and Sano felt his power rising in a way he never felt before and at this moment he knew, he had to bring this persons along with him after they get out of the mines, those skills Sora had were too strong to be wasted just wondering around in town trying to pass unnoticed.
After killing that guard, while they rest for a bit Sano wanted to know more about Sora and her past and how she got there.
Sora told them her story, about how she was born in a normal family which were followers of Paagrio, god of fire, about how her father was a fierce warrior and her mother a very good enchanter and both of them along with rest of her village were once also enslaved and taken to those mines, all of her people died and she managed to escape while she was still a young child living since then by her self doing what she could to survive and learning to master same enchanting skills her mother used to have.
When they felt rested enough they entered the mines, just to find bad news for Siouxsie, everyone inside of those mines were dead, either by diseases or slaughtered by the evil creatures around and amoung all of those dead bodies, were her father also.
Enraged by the looks of her father's dead body just laying down there on the floor in front of her, Siouxsie started to run into the mines killing everything she would find till there would be nothing else moving around.
Tho the bad news were not over yet, during her berserking moves she had been infected with some kind of disease and she was now in very strong pain, not able to move freely or even walk normaly.
Sano and Sora tried all the medical skills they knew but nothing seamed to work.
Sora then remember about stories she heard when she was still a kid in her village about two sisters who were living somewhere in some ruins near a town called Gludio, the story tells one of them was a dark minded witch who could turn the souls of the dead ppl into demons to fight for her, while the other one was the most impressive user of medical skills ever seen, people use to say she could cure any disease, some even talked about the fact she could bring the dead back to life.
- Go now and search for her aid Sano. Said Sora. - I will take Siouxsie back to the village and take care of her till you come back with some medicine, but dont take too long, i dont think she has much time left.
At this moment Sano looks at Sora with a looked of appreciation and left as fast as he could with the idea in his mind that he could loose his friend and that it would all be his fault since he agreed to bring her along and take her to the mines. He now knew that he had to find that healer or Siouxsie would be lost.
