Once upon a time there lived an emperor whose only interest in life was to dress up in fashionable clothes. He kept changing his clothes so that people could admire him.

He would wear the best hand made clothes from the softest silk to ever be produced.

Emperor loved to wear accessories, like hats, cloaks and even scarfs.

One day, a master crafter decided to teach him a lesson.

He told the emperor that he would make for him and only for him, an exclusive set of clothes that everyone would just love.
Not giving it much thought, the emperor agreed almost instantaneously.
The dwarf said he would finish the marvelous clothes in one week time.

After two days, the emperor grew impatient. He called his most trusted servant, Ellegor, and told him to investigate what the dwarf is doing.

Ellegor having no say in the matter and having to obey his master, did as ordered.

The same night, he snuck into the dwarven workshop and started to spy on the crafter.

He did not believe what he saw. The dwarf was moving his hands up and down, scissors where flying left and right, but the only thing he saw, was a pair of pyjamas. Top and bottom.

Not wanting to look like a fool, he went back to the emperor and reported that the work progress on the clothing was going very good and it looked exquisite!

The emperor was very pleased with the news.
After few days, the master dwarf arrived with the clothes ready.

After seeing the clothes, the emperor was quite shocked! All he could see was a pair of pyjamas.

But looking at the dwarf's resolve and hard work and remembering the words of his servant, he didn't want to look like a fool, so he changed into the pyjamas!

"I am not sure about this" - said the emperor
"nonsense! you look fantastic" - yelled the dwarf and the servant at the same time

"you should probably run around town, to show everyone your new clothes!" - said the dwarf
The emperor couldn't wait to show everyone his new outfit, so he went around town.

He ran through all the streets. And the people kept starring at him.

"Is he wearing pyjamas?" - they wondered
But not wanting to look like fools, they did not say anything.

Upon reaching the center square, the emperor even started dancing.
"Look at me and my beautiful clothes!" - he yelled.
and everyone congratulated him, not daring to laugh.
The only ones who laughed, were the servant and the crafter!
