Hello, the game was supose to give us the following items:

 Free equipment rewards can now be claimed in-game through the Fated Support Box item that
is automatically given upon character creation.
 Characters that have gone through their 2
nd class transfer/1st liberation will be able to open the
Fated Support Box at level 40. It will stay in your inventory after use until you reach level 84.
 Fated Support Box equipment is time-limited for 60 days and cannot be exchanged.
 Reaching the next item grade level will unlock the equipment box:
o Level 40 – C-Grade Steel Door Equipment Box
o Level 52 – B-Grade Steel Door Equipment Box
o Level 61 – A-Grade Steel Door Equipment Box
o Level 76 – S-Grade Steel Door Equipment Box
o Level 81 – S-Grade (Dynasty) Steel Door Equipment Box

But we didnt receive anything here!

U can buy Steel Door Equipment from npc Adventurers' Guide with use Steel Door Guild Coin.
Steel Door Guild Coin you can get by completing the quests.

Well, i know this... But this things is something which the game gives you to help when start in the game, isnt something custom, you can read the ertheia patch notes and check it, otherwise we are limited to play how you want, and not how we like to exp, i dont exp my toon doing quests, so no steel doors coins for me, and thats a problem.
I'm just reporting a bug where the game official plataform ertheia was giving this stuffs, OBT was suppose to find and fix things like this, sorry if i understand wrong.

You are making a PTS server and taking away some official things that is given to players?? Of couse I can use Steel Door Coin but then dont call it PTS, admit its JAVA  or fix the damn newbie reward box.

We dont sell items that affect the gameplay.
For this reason, t-shirts and brooches with precious stones were removed from the game store

Who is talking about broochs, t-shirts? We just want to fix a bug, where we dont receive the fated support box when we start...

Also we are talking about items D/B/A/S Grades... how it can affect the gameplay?
Idk if you have experience with chronicles GOD+ , but here the game truly starts after lvl 85...

Maybe it can clarify for you ?

Or just say, "We are aware about this bug, but we cant fix this."

Noone is talking about brooches. We are requesting a bug fix which is important in leveling up to 85. This is what NCSOFT added game officially and its called "FATED SUPPORT BOX". Is this really PTS client or Java?

    • if you know the difference between pts and java - you would not ask this question.
    • if u play from ncwest/plaync/4game/ncsoft.jp or another official localizations - U are familiar with their differences.
    For example - fated support box dont sell in L2Store on plaync/4game and ncsort.jp localizations.
    We do not plan to sell items that affect the gameplay in the L2Store.
    As already mentioned above - these items you can get a game way.[/list]
