Help starting the game lineage2 online

Hello i reinstaled my system from vista to win 7 and i get this critical error:

Still i dloaded the directX, updater (i runned it will full check), plus the manual patch i deleted the old files and replaced them with the new files and i still can't run the game properly. Please someone more PC vised than me could help me.
