Hello,
Is there any way to get back rur`s that you spend on RPG items like cloack or hats?
Or its some way to move it to another character?

Cloak is not tradable, some donate items are.
RURs are tradable.
You can't get RURs back though.

You can't get RURs back though.

But you can trade the cloack with petition.
Maybe you can try to sell for less RUR to a guy and petition for the xfer. :/
