Hello,

I'd like to ask someone to clarify to me how the dualbox rules work for Empire.
2 days ago when I tried to log with a second account, I got the message that I reached the maximum accounts per client and today's morning I could dualbox without any problem.

Did the rule change in general or for certain non-peak hours?

There are some hours or amount of people online when 1 window is limited on.

I think it can be 15GMT or over 11k online, not sure exactly, maybe some admin can say

They have some kind of script that limits the number of clients you can have open depending on how many people there are online. Rush hours is max 1.

from what i noticed it is like that
00:00-13:00 GTM+1 - dual box works
13:00-24:00 GTM+1 dual box not work
around 12 -13 on line on server became more than 10k and dual box is turned off.

u mean 13:00-24:00 log in don't work?
