I wanted to find any way of donation for myself , and I donated 10 RURs on 15x in order to check if it is working.
Its how I did that :
1. Downloaded WebMoney Keeper classic.
2. Installed WMK classic , registered an "account"
- To register an account You need to have VALID PASSPORT
I wont describe entire instalation/registration process because it was quite hard for me to do, took me some time and I don't remember very well. You can find tips on Web Money Keeper wiki.
After I instaled WMK classic , I tried to add some money to my purse. Only way I found was add money by using WebMoney card. You can buy some cards on several sites by using Your credit card ( If you have one)
Just write on google "buywmz" or "wm cards". You will find out
After payment is made they will send you 2 codes. Numer of Your card , and code. You just need to press "add funds" on Your purse in WMK classic program.
After You got money in your purse You can easily donate on RPG-club site by using WMZ donate option.

I forgot about one thing. If you don't have credit card You can always use E-currency online exchangers ( find in google
). They offer such things like trade paypal money for WMZ/WME/WMR or WME for WMZ and others. Tried that way before I found about Cards , but canceled because minimum waiting time and prices are bit to hight. They said that minimum waiting time for exchange is around 4 days or more. Most of these "exchangers" are russian sites of course
