Able to connect only after PC rr lineage2 online

I'v got that problem with connection - i can connect ONLY immidietly after restart my PC
if i wait 2 minutes from restart - cannot connect and i have to make another restart...
what to do with this ? i'v already tried full check, even reinstall game, makeing new windows user didnt help either...
turning off firewall and antyvirus doesnt help
connecting via WTFast and other "battleping type" programs doesnt solve problem either.
Its really annoing cuz every time i got DC/game crash i have to restart my PC, also i cannot make dualbox...

anyone got any ideas what to do about it ?
