If you get this message, you have been banned.

You can also unban your account using the unban system.
First unban costs 700 RUR, every next is double. 1400, 2800, etc. If your entire account was banned, and/or you don't posses any RUR's in the account, you can use a different account with 700 RUR in it for payment.
