Officially it is international, but in reality each server is divided into 2 groups: russians and others, so biggest russian clan is fighting versus biggest non russian clan for epics
I don't play on x7, but as far as I know its the most lively server right now on rpg. If you won't play support class in good clan, prepare yourself for hard times, because server is getting old.
