Hey, i can see ppl use that buff (in black circles) what is this what does it give and how to get it?
It have animation like poison or so.

of course it is high, it is very nice not to have problems with weight, and only those who have purchased it 1750 RURs (which is a lot), or 300kk + .

PS: I have, and it helps me a lot, but with the weight only of course.
