ye i run the full check i delete redid bla bla..i try to set windows dpi 1 or 2 or 3 nothing or text size from windows but nothing change..

Have you tried changing  Windows overall text size?

That looks like a Verdana font. Try re-installing Arial font from your system folder.

Example:
UI PROBLEM HELP ASAP!!!!, lineage 2 l2top, l2 ertheia download
