Two days ago we were in farm, all of a sudden we went to 20% hp, we stopped to ask for explanations (there was no one next to us, surely the GM was doing investigations)
But there is no answer, and after a few seconds we were freezed for 20 minutes, we asked again what the reason for this thing was, and we were jailed
I immediately sent a tiket to know the reason for the jail / ban, I was answered with a simple copy and paste from the terms of agreement which is not in our case,
We have no longer received answers about it, I write here because maybe you will take more into account and explain how you can ban player's who were active at the time, and immediately asked for explanations from the first moment when he sent us to 20% hp to investigate
What did we have to do besides asking for explanations? why did you send us 20%? we stopped immediatly to farm and we asked for explanations, but no one answered, and instead we were freezed and jailed
This is the second time in under 10 days that I get a complain about ban from you. I think that says it all. Await your answer in support from the GM that issued the ban.
