Dear Spanish players!

We are aware of the situation with ur provider and we know u cant play. Unfortunately we cant help it as long as ddos attack is on.
Please be patience, this problem will be solved as soon as possible after the ddos attack is finished. Please note that any further tickets in support regarding this case are not necessary.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Only thing i can recommend u is, make a complaint to support in behalf of ur cp when everything cools down. Now they are to busy.

1- Download program
https://www.wtfast.com/

2- Create a Free account

3- Go to your mail, and activate it.

4- Open program, and log with your account. You should see this:
Spanish players - Movistar provider, lineage 1 vs 2, lineage 2 helios

5- Follow this images

Spanish players - Movistar provider, lineage 1 vs 2, lineage 2 helios
Spanish players - Movistar provider, lineage 1 vs 2, lineage 2 helios
Spanish players - Movistar provider, lineage 1 vs 2, lineage 2 helios
Spanish players - Movistar provider, lineage 1 vs 2, lineage 2 helios

- At this step, u can choose Automatic Server (like the image) or another, it depends if it works or not.
Spanish players - Movistar provider, lineage 1 vs 2, lineage 2 helios

- If you click play, this advice appears, press ok, and NOW RUN THE GAME FROM THE L2.EXE  ( don't close WTFAST program)

u gonna enable or fix something so we dont have 3-5 secs delay?.. trust me... 4 secs is UNPLAYABLE

Are you using WTFast and still lagging ?

are u kidding? everyone is lagging, and yea, im using wtfast, otherwhise i wouldnt even be able to play....
wtfast always worked for me, but there's something wrong with the proxies with rpg... this lag isnt ours.. my cp stoped playing awaiting for this to be fixed... but if it takes to long.. they'll not even join back (im afraid that happens..)
Really.. im not talking about a stupid delay of 1 second, im talking about not being able to target a mob b4 it dies... -_- its up to 4 secs to move/target/attack

First of all, watch your language. We are not your enemy, we are here to provide whatever help we can. Second, before the ddos attack subsides, they can't get to fixing this problem and there is nothing more we can do. You will have to patiently wait until this gets fixed. Trust me, no one is taking a break since the server launch.

problem with movistar is sorted, if u still have log in problems then they are not related to ur provider, please contsact support for further help
