This message im geting when im trying to login into game. I dont use any boxes, nor playng in 2-3 windows. Just got single account and single character. This problem doesnt gives me a chance to connect allready for 2 days. And i cant get any answer from GM, must be they busy spending money from donations ( yes i donated 20 EU).
 So guys maybe u had experienced this problem before and how u solved it?
My IP is static, and no one, i repeat NO ONE playng l2 on this IP in lan. I flushed DNS, tryed to change it. I deleted whole L2, i reinstaled windows, i updated l2 with full check. Still geting this message of windows max reached.
Please can someone help me to continue to play l2? Sad

I wish any of u would have a clue how many tickets appearing every hour in support, mb u would shut ur mouth and understand. But cant be helped i guess. Use ur head if server max load ever before limiting was 26k imagine how many ppl try to log every day, and how many tickets are being written. Technical stuff is busy fighting with lag problems and ddos attack, antiddos blocking providers and several other issues which delays answers in tickets. I know u dont give a damn for any of it but lets start from the beginning.

So u cant log ur first character due to max window reached. Did u update ur dns? No, do it by explanation given in sticky topics. Even if u did double check it. Then make sure u have rpg client, u run ur client through updater and mark "full check" before u run the updater. Ensure all security programs on ur computer are not blocking l2. That's my basic ideas so far. If problem still exist there may be chance antiddos is blocking u for some reason once again or just started  now, as its being improved changed etc by technical team. In this case ur ip will need to be add to the white list of antiddos. If it has been done I'm running out of ideas and its out of my reach.

So only thing u can do after all this is write ticket to support and explain ur situation in detail, highlighting that its ur first window, not 2nd nor 3rd. IF u are not satisfied with speed of answer in ur ticket. The best way is to be nice and polite, instead of raging and flaming over forum which admins don't look to much into, coz its not their job to sit here. Which means asking available gm or mods for help privetely through pm on forum or on communicator such as icq, skype or email, we do share such infos in our profiles.

I am cooperating with other gms and admins daily so i can try to help u, but ticket must be done, otherwise they refuse to look into it. They need to keep all data in system, and for several other reasons which are understandable. So please stop being lazy raging over forum and use ur head a bit calmer and im sure we will find a solution for ur problem.

I don't want to start a fight here, but you should really be more polite. I also run a service with 1 million users myself and I also answer support tickets and I know it can be frustrating when people don't want to wait, but after all they are your CUSTOMERS. If they pay for something, it is normal for them to expect that a service is running 100% bug-free and smooth.

And yes, I hope you take my critique as a friendly advice.

Do you pay a monthly fee for our services? Do you pay for tech support services? If not, you are playing on a free to play server.

Do you pay a monthly fee for our services? Do you pay for tech support services? If not, you are playing on a free to play server.

So if someone does not pay you a monthly fee he is not your customer? I did not say you need to provide 24/7 support. I did not say you need to fix bugs immediately. I just said that I believe it is in your best interest to treat customers with more respect and be nice to them even if they get mad at you.
It is just how business works - you treat your customers well and they will come back, be happy and purchase more of whatever you are selling.

I am always polite until someone cross the line while not having an idea. Beside i am assist that person with his trouble so i dunno where is the problem :>

The problem is that u get too emotional too fast. Even do guy have right to be frustrated because he paid 20e its not a lot but still he paid for the service and he just hoping the best support from you.

Even tho i have little question of my own. The soulshot was delaying quite a lot so i bought a premium account hoping that will fix the problem but it didn't. so im wondering how long it wil take to fix you the problem or it will be fix at all? just to lets you know im not the only one who's having this problem ...

Dimka case is special, but for the rest simple full file check in updater should help.

With old *.dll file u cant enter the game.

The thing is i can open second window (when server says max is 3 windows) due to  th serverjust started and box are limited to 1 until server population gets lower andd server stabilizes and box limit unblocks.Thats what a global modarator answered me and really quik i must say. But on the same time i hear a guy in ts sayin i have 5 windows open with rur and im like wtf isnt he making more traffic?If u had population prob u shouldnt let anyone box not only the free users...
