Please i need an admin here, i donated for 100 rur to my account (character name paulrudd) but when i logged in my account to the website i had 0 rur...

 The transaction was completed, and i even got an email from paypal that it was completed at my email.

I have made another post in the forum about this and a moderator told me to make a ticket, i made a ticket but i got no response after 3 days, can we somehow resolve this matter? thanks!!

IS weekend staff was working non stop since opening, ppl need a break. I dont have access to such things, u have to wait. Everyday we try to answer tickets in support, they appear so fast that if admin is one day not there its a nightmare. Give it time,if u will have no answer till tomorrow night send me ur ticket id on pm.
