I tryed to donate from 2 cards Visa and masterCard  but i allways get this "Fraud Error F11 Страна, в которой издана карта, не входит в список разрешенных (#2)"    what is it?

Credit card system is not working yet, you can create account on PayPal (UnitPay) and use donation via PayPal.

If i buy rune of expiriance 5h does it still expires if im offline ?
