What is the problem ? You are probably spoiling mobs with low chance for items but it doesn't mean they are not spoiled.

When you have mob for example that has 3 items on spoil its just an example:
1/90 SOP
1/300 BSSS rec
1/1500 EWS
When it turns blue you had these chances , BUT there is an option that mob can be empty, because even chances for SOP are not 100%. So mob is spoiled but empty. With your logic if some mob has only one item on spoil with chance 1/10000 this mean mob turns blue everytime because it has only one item on spoil?

Nope it should give something ? White mob 70 lvl spoil skill 10 and spoil 68 and when spoiling 20 + mobs i have like one dc gaiters patern so you wanna tell me when the mob turn green so spoiler lvl like 72 + it will go blue every time? and the chance on items will increase?

Hi, it's a little confusing but I will try to explain.

When the mob turns blue ( I mean the dead mob on the ground, not name of mob ) it will give item. If it does not turn blue, simply means that you were unlucky and didn't get item because chance is low.

Also, make sure that you get the message "The Spoil condition has been activated." after you spoiled the mob.

What is the problem ? You are probably spoiling mobs with low chance for items but it doesn't mean they are not spoiled.

with spoil you have two different things: spoil skill landing and spoil chances for items.

For spoil skill landing, it depends on your lvl and mobs lvl. As they said before, make sure you get the message "spoil condition has been activated." This should happen almost all the time with spoiler 68 and mob 70.

When the mob had the spoil condition activated and it dies, then you start considering chances for items (you level doesn't matter for this part, you can sweep lvl 85 mobs with lvl 15 spoiler). Since most spoils are not 100% some mobs might not turn blue. You can sweep them but no item will come.

For the lvl u say and the item I think you are spoiling bone slayers (or more mobs) in fod. That mob for example, its best rate (in a 3x server) is 1 in 5 for dc helm part. This means 4 times out of 5 it will not even go blue containing this item (the other have lower rates, so just consider this one as example).

If you are spoiling mobs with low rate for spoil (you can check this on the mob's hp window here), most times it will not go blue. Remember it's 3x only.

He was talking about spoil landing because he thought mob is spoiled only when he turns blue. (no idea why you quoted me tho)

I understood he was talking about spoil rates since he mentions "retail or custom" on his post and that he only got 1 pattern after 20 mobs from the only mob that turned blue.

I quoted, not reply to you, or did I get the wrong button? I quoted you because I expanded what you said to reply what he asked explaining why that happens.
