Problem with chicken l2 high five spoil guide

Hello, I have a problem with my pet - Improved baby Kookaburra. There is a story: I was with my clan's friends in frintezza instance zone, my pet was killed by RB, the raid wasn't successful and we all do a SOE. I return to town, but my pet not. He stayed in instance zone. I was tried log out and log in, but it won't fix this bug. I tried use a command /unsummon but it won't work. I also tried to borrow another pet, a kookaburra from my friend to summon it and unsummon, hope this will fix my problem, but it also didn't work. So I was log out from the game. After about 3 days I log in and figure out that my pet was lost (the item for summon a pet disappeared from my inventory). Probably the game thinks that my pet was dead for longer than 24h, and deleted it from my character inventory.
I will be very grateful if you could return my pet to my inventory's bag.
