Nevit's Herald
When Antharas or Valakas are defeated, Nevit’s Herald appears in all towns and remains for 3 hours.

Nevit’s Herald can give you the “Fall of the Dragon” buff, which freezes your Recommendation and Hunting Bonus timers for 3 hours, affectively letting you enjoy these bonuses longer.
