"Compromised. Simple or repeated password! Change your passwords and mail account!" is the reason for ban...but how should I change the password/mail if I can't log in?

Me and my CP dudes got a ton of accounts locked because of this "reason"
Got even raid-spotting accounts locked.

Any word from staff in how to solve this?

I use Proxifier and my main account is ok. I guess because the pass is longer and pretty different from the others, but several of my support box accounts are also banned, which makes sense (sort of) since they shared the same password or was too short.

Anyway, this banhammer is A MESS, so what should we do?

same here. my 2 accounts banned without any reason. i also used proxifier as it was mentioned by some admin for solving our disconnect problems from $%#$%^! polish internet provider.
accounts names/ char names:
gajgerek / kraver
manahmanah / manierka

i hope they'll get unbanned soon. GM response awaited.
