Vitality hats

1. There are only these 3h limited or there are some pernament?
2. Buff works for 20min or 5?
3. Can i buy 3 different hats and take one buff per one hat? or hats have some reuse time

3. yes, you can buy 3 different hats, and use them (so u can get 1hour buff per 12 hours) (hat have 12 hour reuse, so from your 3h hat u can use buff only one time, then u will have to wait 12 hours)
