It's been 3 times I use it. No effects...

At what + Does it "unbug" Anyone know?

Made it +2 on 56% chance...


But I was wrong, it seems I didnt use this skill enough to understand the full effect.

Vengence does not activate in certain conditions... when i'm flagged or if there is someone next to me and i pop Vengence, it activates a 30 second UD but if there is no ennemies around it does not activate the 30 second UD...

Anyone know if this is the retail way that Vengence works or it should trigger all the time?

its the way it should be - p.def, m.def boost activate only when mobs or flagged players are in agro range (dunno how much exactly). If there are not any mobs you will not get any p.def.
