I cannon use totems when have Spirit of Shilen buff.  Do it should work this way ?

no u cant use both, same goes for later chronicles with boost moral and Sos/AI/FI, all cancel each other out. As for Toe am not completely sure.

In later chronicles totems + Icon etc works just fine.

at least in gracia epilogue boost morale stacks with AI even when not on vanguard...
