Hi

Can anyone tell me please what the hell is going with the seven signs atm? Dusk won, I am registered as Dawn, seals are in effect and yet there are no ghosts (orator of revelation etc.) in towns or blacksmith of mammon in catacombs. Is it normal? Give me any clue please.

Its normal. Read about seals if you want to know more.
Btw. why are you makeing drama about no debuffs? Maybe you are one of the revolutionist of Dusk? ;]
