Hello, first let me explain the situation, you changed the Raid Bosses P. def and Debuff resistances, you didn't inform the international community about it, and you have made it impossible to kill raid bosses like Frintezza which if you can't use Day Of Doom or Slow it will kill all the party everytime with the aoe, that it's just one example. You made every Raid Boss harder to kill, inclusive Labyrinth 83, and 7RB from Dragon Valley.
Some questions:
Why did you decided to make this changes?
Why didn't you tell the international community about it?
When are you gonna change it back? At least the debuff part, I don't mind about the higher P. def.

Answers is simple.
1)Russian clans are full epics so there is no need to let you farm.They want to play in a dead server each other
2)They think thet because they didn't informed us we will take it as granded and make nothing
3)they will never change it back cause reasons 1+2
