imo this..


if u have vesp singer + SA magic hold and u put it PVP u have dmg bonus2, if u have SA mpregen or empower and PVP the bonus is 1,

also big lol is that IF ITS POSSIBLE to put PVP on non-SA'ed vesper nagan, it will have cancel ability XD

dual dagger/sword have lv 2,

like u have a chance to choose SA on dual weapons lol

Im talking about weapons like singer, the matacks that adds the singer empower pvp for example is even better than that 5% extra if magic hold pvp.

i bet yes,if you consider double chance to cancel enemy and crit machine if you are out of mana,
plus the next upcoming duel blow.
