Ignorance from GM's lineage 2 3

Ok i know this topic will turn in a flame topic but i want to hear the opinions of all ppl around.

Is not only me only but writing a private message ( on a topic they asking for ) or making tickets is totaly pointless because u must cry like a idiot to get an answer , personaly i made tickets and sent private messages for things which they organize and dont get a facking replay back .

You dont deliver us a single information also about servers status we are crying like idiots waiting an answer and is totaly pointless , from a awesome server and gm's this server had it turned out in a grave with ghost gm's and moderators .

Maybe is facking time to wake up and maybe recruit some new ppl which would spend time with comunity or maybe do it ur self ( which i doubt)

as sumarry for me as i see by your organization is like this.

Alice - in charge of all events / tickets / scamm problems etc etc ( so u expect 1 woman to handle 10 k players ok )
MichaelV - hearing our crying all day long and cant helps us with anything
Shabaka - havent hear of him since ages , is he alive?
LagysFey - he is doing maybe his job as programer , as giving info we can dream about it
Maxim - doesnt speak english so we cant talk with him
Chief - inbox full , 3 activities / year on main rus forum and answer a ticket once a while

Now explain me how you want with this setup to keep a comunity happy , help it at problems and expect respect.
When you had low comunity this setup could handle 1 k ppl , nowadays u cant handle this job at all

In my opinion and i guess many other ppl would support this , RECRUIT DAMN PPL WHO WOULD DO JOB FOR FREE , and increase support of server and give us some info , personaly i got tired to wait wait wait , get some ppl who would help you without asking any money for you , i guess u would find 2-3 to make this comunity work better.

Dear MV , no matter what u try when u ask ppl for tickets wont work , i showed some tickets and im still without answer , to get an answer for your ticket , you must spamm ICQ and maybe maybe you get an answer , they just need few ppl to check not only one , will never work

cause explain me how sounds being scammed , "wait merge" , "wait a bit busy " and in final " too many days passed too many ttrades wont track the items now " take care next time

With one thing I can agree, international community DOES need some people asap, in support, ingame, in forums etc...
Either for free or by paying that person or something else.
Imo, the current way it is, there is a brick wall separating both communities atm, and like said in the first post, Alice taking care of tickets from 7k people, is sort of like suicide job even to answer 100 in one day, and with h5 part3,4,5 on its way, all stuff comes to a halt to focus on the update and everything related to it, which, if there was more ppl involved, would be a bit slower, but still, some stuff would be done.

Now I realise that it may be a huge risk for rpg team, 'cause when support is related to items(and other stuff ingame), access to database is needed (even if read-only access) to ease some work for GM's, like finding what entries did what, and such.

Ingame, I think that there should be GM's on more frequently on /gmlist, to help whoever is in need, and if possible, avoid the whole ticket system thing in the first place.

actualy wasnt about me this thing , but u are more retarded that u comment without knowing , was about some clan members which were scammed in mass 1 day before merge , clueless kiddo

true, we all support MichaelV which is the real staff for rpg english community but he's not the owner nor the main admin.
