So x3,
 with vitality - x6. (you lose lvl4 too fast)
PA adds 100% to base? Then x9.
50% runes? If it's to base, x10.5.
Nevit 50% to base rate x12.

Is that right or no?

That's correct. If you add all rates its x12 which is nice for a HighFive server imo. Don't forget the rates were decided from the players not gms!

Yeah for me it would. But many players would be bored from so low rates.It needs tons of grinding etc
