I tried to craft dc bots like 5-10 minutes ago and it said just manufacturing, the mats, recipe everything disappeared yet i didn't see failure, i tried to restart game still nothing.What's happening?

Just one minute ago i tried to make 1 more pair of dc boots and again same thing happened.It just shows my mats dissapeared and that's it no failure no manufactured nothing. Any help pls?

2 options:

- It can have deal with item server lag, for example if you pickup fulldrop and dont see it in inventory after long time up server without restarts,

- you use custom patch files

It's not possible because i tested it between the 2 crafts i had that broken powerstone and craft titan powerstone, when it failed it said failure and when crafted said manufactured.
