Hello. Where is support thread for x7 Federation?

I want to play on your new server, but I can't. When I trying to login, a information appears: Use of your account has been limited due to alleged account theft. If you have nothing to do with account theft, please visit the Support Center on the RPG website. Login and password are correct. On my second account is the same information. I wrote email to you, also wrote on facebook, but without answer. I know, I can register new account on another email, but I want to play on my main account. Pls help.
